SEO Tips - She RSS help with SEO?

Everyone is talking about RSS and how important it is to get traffic to your site. Although this may be true in itself, RSS does not actually help with SEO? This is a question that has been the subject of a number of people. I listened to the debates and some of the experts and what follows is a synthesis of all parties. I'm not personally going to take a side because, quite honestly, the jury, in my case, is still on this topic. I'll come to your conclusions.

First of all, we should probably begin to explain what RSS is. RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication". It 'a way for a publisher of some work, be it, blog article or any other Web content, to get that content to a subscriber via a feed rapidly. In this way, as soon as something is published, the other person receives this information and can then proceed to the site in question and read any content there. Simple, right? But what is this SEO?

Well, most people say they do not help at all. The main thought behind this is that search engines, especially Google, you know that your RSS feed is simply a duplication of the content on your site, be it a blog, article in a directory or web page static, and therefore, will not give any weight with regard to the rankings of your site going. On the surface, this seems a very logical argument, and one might be tempted to take at face value. But then there's another field.

Another field that says that, if used correctly (and this is a big if) RSS can actually help with your SEO rankings. These people suggest the following plan of action. According to them, you have to do is the following. First, you must write a summary of content and use a different formulation than the summaries on your site. Then what you do is go out and find related websites in your niche with RSS feeds them. Ask the web master to include your feed in them. If it comes to quality content, it just might. Sure, you probably will ask you to return the favor.

How does this help the SEO of your website? Well, if you do this long enough, eventually, over time, you will find a nice little 'bit of incoming links to your site from all these other sites. Yes, it is a complex process and does not happen automatically just by having an RSS feed. And in all honesty, if you want my opinion, the same results can be achieved simply by going to blog like in your niche and posting comments that concern them.

However, we have both fields of the deal RSS. I'm still torn on the whole, but may decide to give it a shot over the things I'm already doing to improve the rankings of my sites. You may or may not decide to include this in your arsenal, but I felt it should at least know the two theories using RSS as improve your SEO.

To Your Success,
