Build Traffic Market - Let's jump to your strategy

One of the things you'll notice as you get a handle on your marketing strategy is that your company can begin to make sense, then immediately after that start to grow. Soon, you will probably have the same situation now. No time to do all the detail work. Our advice today is one way you can get a jump on those tasks that are vital for building traffic and improve market growth. And it is a very simple technique.

There are, in fact, nine months a year where we actually work with a high capacity. December is an all-holiday months to mid-January to mid February is tax time. If you are already a society, then April is gone too as this is when you do all the things your tax professional. So, we try to work with a realistic number for the tasks that will help you build your business traffic.

You're going to want to do this exercise when you're in the mood and a bit of time. If you force yourself to do it, you'll find that it becomes a job you hate and, of course, will go to the bottom of your priority list're going to need folders. Yes, you need actual folders. We all do the same thing when we put the tasks on our computer, ignore them. I also developed an almost-as for the alarm shortly. I do nothing, but it's nice to know that I can, or do something that is on the list that I created in my folder "to do" in my computer. Paper, especially colored folders are hard to ignore. If it is still on the desk, you did. A fairly simple way to monitor your progress.

You will need 9 folders. If you're a real optimist, then go ahead and get ten, but do not put anything critical in that folder tenth or you'll just get stressed out. You want to label each folder with the month (remember they are not doing a folder for December, January or April.) I prefer the colored folders, I use a color for the months in which I make an analysis, a color for when my home page should be updated, etc. Basically you want a color every 3 months. Then, in February, March and June may be yellow. July, August and September could be blue, October, November might be green. Do NOT use Red. We'll talk about in another article.

Having labeled the folders and find a place to keep them, not "in" your desk and a shoe box does not work either. Those Rubbermaid containers transparent to your local market to keep the folders letter size very well and I have mine pinned on the wall out of reach of little people. If you start a business at home and you're a parent, I discovered that if I gave my kids a "job" was not so tried to help me. Ok, you're starring in these empty folders and think that you're going to fill them up with something really fast. No, you're not. Like everything I write, this is another process.

When I go to work?

First you need to get a calendar and look at dates. Remember to leave out in December, January and April. Now, randomly choose two or three days per month (no weekends), and cross off. Something is at least three days per month that is going to stop you working on your business. Next, tick the holidays, when people are visiting (or visited last year), cross out all the time they were there, and a day at the end. So far, so good. Now, you want to think back in time every year when it gets really bad cold or the flu. Go through those days of rest. (It 's usually a couple of weeks in October, but we are all different so it can be at any time). Next delete the period that you do business outside, if you belong to a gym and go twice a week religiously, then you need to cross these days from the calendar. Well, you're getting my drift. It's not that you work on one of those days, we are setting in motion a plan for the year in which you can not really get back, because something unexpected happens. We are planning for the unexpected.

After tearing off in December, January and April and crossed out all the dates we have discussed, there will be a good idea when your days are potentially high volumes. I am a night person so I do this process on a schedule of 24 hours, as detailed one is totally up to you. This is the fun part easy. Take each month and tape, glue or print each month on it's corresponding folder. On the front. This step is to make it much easier for you to be as efficient. And, you'll actually be able to make commitments feasible and have a work / life balance. Well, now you have your program, what is next?

Ezine / Newsletter

Look at the date of the calendar folders, let's call CDF. What day of the week (preferably the middle of the month) is constantly open to all folders. It 'really does not matter when it comes, it just is not a Monday or Friday. (We will discuss an article the other). Once you have found the day (mine is 3 Wednesday of each month). Or write ezine / newsletter or the color of the window inside I like my little smell good markers of some people like everything written neatly. This is for you, from you, so you get to decide what you want. Take a sheet of paper for each month and write Ezine at the top, then a subject. Yes, you're going to do all the titles now and put one in each folder. Why? Because, if you have already chosen the subject, will be much easier to write and when you come across something interesting to remember that you should hang on it ..

Articles

Ideally you should write at least one article a week and send it to an ezine publisher. Write a subject on four pieces of white paper related to your product or service for each folder (yes, all nine of them), then put in your folders. This is a great way to promote and market your business. It costs does not cost anything except time. There are probably thousands of things you can write about regarding your product or service. Tips, tricks, etc. Now, choose one day a week when you dedicate yourself to write at least one article. If you're not a writer, then use that day to write what you can, notes, thoughts, and send it to an editor to investigate for you to enter. Just make sure that you are the author and do not have someone who does not know that the "ghost" in the ghost writer is just that. Furthermore, this should not cost a lot of money, it is only changing what you have already put down so it's not like you are researching your product or service and joined the flight. If you are uncomfortable writing something and then hire a service to write articles for you to present. Again, though, make sure they are ghost writers so that the name and the company is out there. The goal is to build traffic for you in your market or niche, not writers.

Homepage

Then you're going to take a folder of each color with the earliest dates open and again, choose the day that is most consistently open each folder. This is the day we dedicate to update the site. Nothing more. If you are finished very soon, go play golf or shoot pool, or whatever. If you do not reward for completing the activities are not going to stick with it and do them. The printed copies of my home page and circle a piece that I focus on how to change for each of my folders, so I'm focusing on a different sector with each update. Do not have time to update an entire site in one day, but you can do a "piece" of a home page. Once the area of focus is circled, make a little note of the new element could be placed there to take his place or information may be updated and put in each folder.

Controls link

With the same folder you used for the home page you want to have a day to check the links. Choose which sections of your website that is about to happen on certain days of the month. If you have a group of ads on your site may need to block two days. You will get very tired doing this exercise so you do not try to cram check all links in one day. Also, be sure to let your affiliates know what is happening so that the connections are not charged if you are shooting on a pay-per-click. It only takes a moment to email an affiliate and really appreciate it.

Final Thoughts

So these are the main things to enter into force before moving on to other tasks behind the scenes that will enhance our growth and marketing efforts of the website. The beauty of this system is not related to the dates and months in terms of going forward. You can not drop the activity behind, but you can certainly write all your articles in an added time or plan for your home page and stick them in your ideas.

In our next article we will discuss other ways to get a jump on traffic growth and how you can use the tasks that do not seem related to creating a vibrant business website.
