Branding

Product identification is the process of branding of products. Branding is an important aspect of product planning. It involves the assignment of a trademark for the product offered to customers. The "brand" the word is a broad term. According to the American Marketing Association, a trademark is a name, term, symbol or design - or a combination of them - which aims to identify products or services of one seller or group of sellers and to differentiate them from those of competitors.

A label identifies the product for a buyer and the seller offers the opportunity to earn goodwill and repeated patronage. Branding is the practice of giving a name given to a product or group of products from a vendor. The name specified in the product creates individuality. Thus, the product can be easily recognizable or recognized in the market from rival products. The sole purpose of trademark is to distinguish the product brand from competitors. A well-promoted brand that has earned a reputation in the market is very difficult to compete with.

"Mark" is a legal term. It is a mark duly registered under the trade names and trademarks Acts. It is a trademark appreciated only by the seller. Others can not use and legal action may be taken if you take. The letter "R" in a circle on each box indicates that the trademark is duly registered. The term "brand" is broadly applied to all the identifying marks, such as trade names, logos, commercial symbols, photographs, drawings to color packages, badge or written, slogans, and more. The holder of a trademark is personally behind the brand-name and personally guarantees the quality and standard of the product for advertising issued by him or his company .......
