So, you could make a hard trot 8 minutes and tired, but not therefore burn as many calories as a person who walked briskly for 20 minutes and covers a greater distance than in the process!

In addition, walking is less risk of injuries related to the impact of running. Therefore, if the goal is simply to lose weight for a person of average physical condition, walking is the most efficient of the two.

Therefore, if you are very busy, simply incorporate walking into your usual routine by parking your car a block or walking to buy groceries or run your daily errands.
